Laches are my favorite thing. And lyra. And aerial acrobatics. They make me feel like maybe I never have to be on the ground—maybe that’s what I want my life to always feel like. It’s not an escape from my life if my kids love it as much as I do. We’re all secretly birds. Eagles.
